Our goal is to help our Associates, whether a “Newbee” or a seasoned veteran,
take their business to a higher level!
As stated in the NICOL Agency’s Prime Directive, education is paramount, not only of our clientele, but providing an ongoing resource for continued education and growth to our Associates. We are in a perpetual state of learning and growing. Those Associates that quit learning will stagnate and eventually be left behind.
NIC-U will periodically hold classes at our Home Office Campus and locally at Qualified Branch Office facilities, but has been developed as a computer-based self-study program (with Managing Principal oversight). Courses can be completed 24/7 at an Associate’s pace. NICOL University Handbook provided separately. Levels of accomplishment will be recognized and must be obtained along with production to achieve various NFS Management Levels.
